Hardware/Parts:
Screws – Two #8 x 1-1/2″ long outdoor
Twelve #6 x 1/2″ long, outdoor
Hinge – Two 2-5/8″ x 4″, outdoor (#BHNG15) Nails – One box, 4D 1-3/8″ long finish, galvanized

Tools: Table Saw and Hand held jigsaw (sabre saw), with a non-chipping, scrolling blade, table saw, router and round over bit, drill and 5/32″ dia. bit, screwdriver.

Supplies: Transfer paper (#CARB2), pencil & clear tape.
Sand paper – medium & fine grits.
Wood filler – non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws.
Paint brushes – 2″, 3/4″ & 1/4″ wide brushes and a fine tipped detail brush.

Paint: Water based primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following colors of Delta acrylic paints:
2083 – Fire Red
2424 – Bambi
2436- Charcoal
2504- Yellow
2603 – Silver
2505 – White
2506 – Black

Sealer: High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for outdoor protection.
