Wood: one 33″ x 48″ x 3/4″ thick exterior grade plywood, preferably 5-ply or better stability

Hardware: one 2″ x 2″ L-Bracket with four 1/2″ long screws

Tools:
hand held sabre saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping, scrolling blade
drill and 1/4″ drill bit

Supplies:
transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape
sandpaper-medium & fine grits
wood filler-non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
wood glue-exterior grade

Paint:
white water base primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat
PP01-pinecone brown
PP10-summer sky blue
PP14-cloud white
PP21-wrought iron black
PP33-hydrangea blue
PP36-tiger lily orange
