Wood:
#2 grade (or better) 3/4″ thick pine (both designs may be cut from a 1×12 x 4′ long board and a 2×2 x 6″ long board)
1/2″ thick exterior grade plywood (takes a 1′ x 1′ piece)

Saw:
Scroll saw or band saw

Paints:White primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint or exterior semi-gloss enamel:

2057 Quaker Grey
2090 Hippo Grey
2505 White
2506 Black

Sealer: High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss, uv protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for exterior use.
