Wagon Wheel Bench Wood Project Plan

A wagon wheel bench , what a great look! You won’t find anything like this in a furniture store, but you can make it yourself with our full-size pattern. (Dimensions: 34″ Tall X 50″ Long)More InfoDimensions:
34″ tall x 50″ long – wheel diameter is about 26″

Wood:
#1 grade redwood or cedar:
Seven 1×4 x 8′ long boards – 7/8″ thick
One 2×4 x 5′ long board
48″ x 48″ sheet of 3/4″ exterior grade plywood

Saw:
table saw or circular saw, band saw, hand-held sabre saw

Paints:
White primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint or exterior semi-gloss enamel:
2030 Burnt Sienna
2085 Ac Flesh
2411 Raw Sienna
2424 Bambi
2506 Black

Sealer:
High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss, uv protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for exterior use. Please note a sealer would be optional when using the weather resistant woods.
